“The event went really, really well on Saturday! As you know, our event was from 9:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m., and the mechanical bull had a line for it the entire time. “I thought the program was WONDERFUL! Being informative without sounding preachy is very difficult, and I thought Erik [Chef Egg] did a great job. I really like the tone that was used with the students, as I feel they could easily relate to Erik and his cooking.
