SPENCER. is the solo-project from Rochester-born teenager Spencer Allen. He released his breakout single “Open Wide,” in 2017 with co-signs from Brockhampton and Omar Apollo.

In just three weeks SPENCER’S debut EP “Want U Back,” earned over 1,000,000 streams with notices from PAPER Mag, Beats 1, BBC Radio 1Xtra, Spotify and Apple Music.

He was picked out by Smokin Grooves Festival and played alongside Thundercat, The Roots, Erykah Badu, and many of his idols on his first trip to California. By July he connected with Omar Apollo and supported the north east leg of his “W.A.N.T.E.D.” tour, notably playing to an oversold Baby’s All Right crowd in Brooklyn, NY.

He toured as direct support on the US run of Gus Dapperton’s “The Polly People” Tour.

He recently released his newest single “Automatic,” in anticipation of his new EP coming out next year.

Dillon Cooper

Gearing up for the release of his next album, Dillon delivered two catchy singles over summer 2019; watch the music video for Cherry Lemonade and check out the lyric video for Trips, which was done by the animator of the popular TV series Bob’s Burgers.
