Q: What is your pricing?
A: Pricing varies by rink type and location. Roller Rink prices start at $3,500. Ice Rink prices start at $4,000. Final pricing may vary based on location, event duration, and selected add-ons.
Q: How long does the rental include?
A: Most events include a 3–4 hour rental, with the option to add additional hours if needed.
Q: Can the event be held indoors or outdoors?
A: Yes. Events may be held indoors or outdoors, weather and surface permitting. The rink must be placed on a hard, flat surface; grass is not acceptable. Outdoor roller skating events require renting our skate floor. For Glow Roller Rinks, darker environments provide the best visual effect.
Q: Will the rink damage indoor flooring?
A: No. A protective plastic tarp is placed under rink panels to help prevent scratching. A smooth, flat surface is required for best results.
Q: What about skates?
A: Approximately 75–90 pairs of skates are included, depending on the setup. Additional skates, larger skating surfaces, and children’s sizes are available upon request.
Q: What is included in the rink package?
A: Roller rink packages typically include a 40′ x 60′ skating surface, skates, music, lighting, and staff support. Ice rink packages typically include a 24′ x 48′ skating surface, skates, music, and event support.
Q: Are add-ons available?
A: Yes. Popular add-ons include photo booths, silent disco headphones, snow effects or snow globes for ice rinks, make-and-take activities, and more.
Q: Are volunteers required?
A: Volunteers may be requested to assist with load-in and load-out and help monitor skate check-in and return. If you provide your own skating surface, your staff or volunteers are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe skating area.
