Three More Hilarious Comedians To Consider For Your College Event

Three More Hilarious Comedians To Consider For Your College Event

book these comedians today

Comedy is the great equalizer. Everyone loves to have a good time.  Laughing away with your buddies and strangers at a comic’s jokes and stories is something we all appreciate.  We recently gave you three ideas for booking comedians. However, our roster of talent goes so much further than that.  Today we will look at three more comedians our booking agency can bring to your college campus event.

Comedian Alingon Mitra

Alingon is a hilarious comic with a wide background in entertainment.  You may even recognize him from some of those offerings in the industry, as he was on NBCs remake of Last Comic Standing.  He went on to win the show’s Comic Comeback contest.  In the semifinal round, he was a Fan Favorite, winning the public vote five straight weeks to make the finale. Since his run through Last Comic Standing, he’s appeared on Conan, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, and Adam DeVine’s House Party to do stand-up.  His resume also includes writing for The Harvard Lampoon and being named one of the new faces of comedy at Montreal’s Just For Laughs.

Comedian Mickey Housley

Mickey is a seasoned pro at stand-up from Houston, TX. His start came in Karaoke, where he might’ve been the worst singer in the room but was far and away the best entertainer.  Mickey’s stand-up accolades include placing 2nd as the Funniest Person in Houston Contest and being named one of the top 24 comedians in the Lone Star State. Mickey’s face and name is another you may recognize, as he’s appeared on TV with Comedy Time TV, Comcast Sports Net, FOX’s Showtime at the Apollo, and TLC’s My Feet Are Killing Me.  His name might ring a bell too as the author of Amazon best-seller Chronicles of a Stand Up Guy.

fumi abe comedyComedian Fumi Abe

Fumi is a phenomenal act based out of New York City, currently writing for the Late Late Show with James Corden.  You may have seen him on stage there or on TV with MTV, Vulture, Comedy Central, and as a contributor to NPR’s Wait Wait … Don’t Tell Me!  He’s also appeared several times for BuzzFeed’s Facebook Watch show, “Did You See This? and that isn’t even close to everything this talent has participated in!  Fumi’s performed all over the country for national audiences, he hosts a podcast called “Asian, Not Asian,” and has a once-a-month performance in SoHo, HACK CITY COMEDY.
