John Rotellini is a magician, mentalist, speaker, event host, and media personality known for creating memorable audience experiences. From performing at Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena to headlining The Mentalist, the longest-running mentalism show in Las Vegas history, John has built a career around surprising and entertaining audiences.

From Las Vegas to the World Record Books

John has performed around the world for Fortune 500 companies, professional sports organizations, theaters, casinos, cruise lines, and academic institutions. He was the first magician and mentalist to perform at Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena and has appeared with the Harlem Globetrotters.

After delivering a keynote, John had the opportunity to connect with the people he had just spoken to in a different way. As featured in Record Breaker Rush, he joined a team attempting to break the Guinness World Records title for the fastest time to fold 12 T-shirts in a relay team of 12. After ten attempts, the team succeeded with an average time of 2 minutes and 19.65 seconds, beating the previous record of 2 minutes and 24 seconds. The experience turned a keynote engagement into an opportunity for continued interaction, teamwork, and shared memories.

U Are Here: Tips & Tricks For Your College Success

John brings his talent for mentalism and audience interaction to college campuses with U Are Here: Tips & Tricks For Your College Success. This engaging keynote combines incredible feats with essential information students need to navigate college life, including finding their people, managing conflict, understanding campus policies, and knowing when and where to ask for help.

As a star of The Mentalist, John uses interactive performances to make important topics more memorable. Instead of a traditional PowerPoint presentation, students experience a dynamic, audience-focused program designed to improve engagement and help them retain what they learn.

Each presentation can be customized to reflect the institution’s values, policies, and mission, giving students practical tools for a successful college experience.

Making a Difference Beyond the Stage

Originally from Sheridan, Wyoming, and now based in Las Vegas, John maintains strong connections to his roots and community.
