The Listening Lab

Discover how to use music as a remote control for your brain. In these mini-sessions, you’ll listen to science- backed tracks designed to instantly clear “brain fog,” reduce stress, and help you lock into deep focus.

The Body Lab

Join us for a 10-minute “De-Stress” mini-session. You’ll learn simple physical moves to shake off stress and “ground” yourself when you’re feeling overwhelmed, leaving you feeling centered and back in control.
