Performing spoken word at over 200 college campuses domestic and internationally, Yamazawa has also been featured on NBC, ABC, NPR, and PBS. G continues to challenge the American perspective of race and culture with poems like “10 Things you Should Know About Being an Asian from the South” and others like “Elementary” which won him the 2014 National Poetry Slam title.
