Ben Wagner
Ben Wagner is an award-winning singer/songwriter from Wisconsin. He was named first place in the Great American Song Contest, “New and Notable” by NoiseTrade, “One to Watch” by Nashville Songwriters Association International, along with local nominations for best singer/songwriter and acoustic musician.
Wagner has played a lot of shows: everywhere from bars, living rooms, churches and festival crowds of 3,000+. He performs with no set lists and just his acoustic guitar. He weaves together original music, popular songs, stories, and crowd banter.
In 2017, Ben went down to Nashville found himself in a conversation with a former Joe Cocker producer at a bar. Ben received a referral and spent much of 2017 driving back and forth from Nashville to record with producer Quinn Redmond (Stephen Day, Sawyer). Ben’s debut album Midwestern Comfort was released in June 2018 and is available now on all streaming platforms.
