It’s the middle of the semester. Things this year have been stressful for both activities directors and students alike and you finally feel like you’re able to catch your breath. But, we all know that won’t last for long because every college student knows how stressful preparing for finals can be. Between the increased workload and the pressure to do well, finals week can really take its toll. That’s why it’s important for you, as campus event planners to stay ahead of the game and to provide outlets where students can relieve some of that tension. Here are some of our most popular stress relief events for you to schedule for finals week

Two Deep Breaths

Gently nourish your body and mind with Two Deep Breaths: a Gentle Yoga & Live Music Getaway.

This 60 minute event combines live music, yoga, meditation, and positive affirmations. Carefully crafted to promote a sense of relaxation, mindfulness, and creative expression.

Essential Oils Workshop

If you’ve never heard of them before, essential oils are concentrated plant-based compounds that are often used in aromatherapy.  In this program students will learn how to properly use these oils to brighten their mood and improve focus. They’ll even learn how to make their own essential oils so they can continue to experience the benefits after finals week is over!

Natural Healing Program

Fully relax with the Natural Healing Program. The program comes complete with three of our most popular relaxation programs; the Oxygen Bar, Essential Oils Workshop, and Make Your Own Lip Balm station.


Experience the many benefits of oxygen! Calm your mind and heal your body with our 16 aromatherapy scents. Up to four people at a time can experience 15 minutes of bliss.
All participants receive their own personal nose hoses. Oxygen heightens concentration, alertness, and memory, making this the perfect program for those end of semester finals!


The Essential Oils Workshop provides students with a background of the science behind essential oils. We will discuss the chemistry that makes essential oils beneficial to our overall health, and students will learn how to incorporate essential oils into their lives to improve mood, increase memory and reduce stress whether they are in the classroom or the residence hall. Students will be invited to create their own aromatherapy blends in roller balls, room sprays, inhalers and more!


We include everything you need to create your very own custom lip balm. Our staff will guide you in the lip balms making process; using our high-quality natural products. Top off your lip balm with your choice in a variety of flavors like vanilla or peppermint.

Lucky Bamboo provides a little Feng Shui to your students’ living space.  Plus, creating their own living plant art provides students with a sense of peace and pride.  

Zen Gardens

Students will receive a mini zen garden to keep on their desk.  They’ll be able to take short breaks while studying to help them de-stress, refocus and get back to the grind.


Our zlippers are a classic slipper with a zip-off interchangeable top. Participants get to choose from a variety of designs and color them to their liking.  What a fun spin on a cozy favorite!


This is the perfect opportunity for students to relax and feel like a kid again as they design their own stuffed animal.
