Virtual programming has taken the lead in college entertainment formats these past several months. We know this wasn’t necessarily by choice, however, we’re also finding many unexpected benefits.  Attendance at many of our virtual events has been comparable to, if not exceeded in-person participation numbers.  In addition, virtual programming can be offered at a much lower cost thanks to the fact that acts do not need to cover travel costs and lodging amongst other expenses associated with live performances (Event snacks, cleaning and setup fees for campus rooms, staffing or student worker cost, etc).  Which means your budget is being stretched further and your cost per person is more valuable.
