President and founder of Neon Entertainment for over twenty years, Scott Talarico has been operating the agency with continued success. A native of Utica, New York, Scott graduated from Alfred University and chose to base Neon in Buffalo, NY for its active entertainment scene.
Scott oversees as an agent to the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. Scott may be eternally busy with Neon’s large roster of musicians, comedians, poets, speakers, and novelty events, but he never forgets why it’s so important to stay dedicated: he’s helping artists create their own niche in the entertainment market. One of the most rewarding part of working in this field for Scott is being a first-hand witness to intense artist growth.
Scott brings a variety of skill and a high level of understanding of the business to his agency. A musician in his own right (he plays the drums), he’s had experience in everything from radio sales to programming and concert production. At Alfred he served as President of his college entertainment board, a valuable commodity when considering Neon’s large college business. Working with these soon to be professionals also provides great insight to entertainment trends for the future.
Scott is also the manager to that adorable little guidette you might know as Snooki! All that press, photos, appearances, and world-wide recognition can be traced back to Scott and Neon Entertainment!
Lindsey Leonard

Lindsey started at Neon Entertainment in January of 2016 upon graduation. Lindsey discovered her love for planning events and working with artists while in college as part of the Student Activities Board and weekly open mic night. She began working with Neon and booking events from Neon’s roster since her freshman year and quickly realized her dream job would be working for an entertainment agency one day! Lindsey was able to work with acts such as Nick Swardson, Steve-O, Canaan Smith and Dan+Shay and she truly believes that the best seat in any venue is behind the scenes!
As well as planning events, Lindsey attended leadership conferences such as ACUI and I-Lead. She’s presented educational sessions on leadership, social media and marketing at NACA and APCA and was awarded APCA’s 2015 National Programmer of the Year.
When Lindsey is not in the office, she loves spending time with her family, friends and her dog Cece, attending concerts, and teaching paint classes!
Lindsey enjoys helping students create the program they are looking for and guiding them through the planning and booking process because she was that student not too long ago!
