Below is the APCA Fall 2021 regional conference submission contract! Before you complete it please note a few things:

  1. APCA has final approval on all acts. You are NOT guaranteed a slot, however selection is largely based on a first-come-first-served basis. So, please be prompt with you submission contracts.
  2. The fee per showcase is $1275. This cost is your responsibility and does NOT include travel, lodging or additional passes.  This fee will be due upon notification of selection to showcase.
  3. Please keep the dates of the conference you are submitting to open on your calendar until showcase selections take place.

    Accepted file types: jpg, psd, png, Max. file size: 1 MB, Max. files: 3.
    • This should be the price we will charge to the school for a single booking. Price should be inclusive of Neon's commission.
    • This should be the price per school/performance if we were to book you at two schools, within a three day span, within a drive-able radius from each other. All prices should be inclusive of Neon's commission.
    • This should be the price per school/performance if we were to book you at three schools, within a five day span, within a drive-able radius from each other. All prices should be inclusive of Neon's commission.
    • This should be the price per school/performance if we were to book you at five schools, within a seven day span, within a drive-able radius from each other. All prices should be inclusive of Neon's commission.
