Singer/songwriter Austin Willacy, hailed by critics for his “stunning, choir boy vocals” (San Francisco Examiner) and whose sound was dubber the “music of tomorrow” by none other than Ben Fong-Torres has done over 1500 shows with The House Jacks, an a cappella power house with whom he tours internationally.  Willacy has also shared the stage with James Brown, Ray Charles, and L.L. Cool J.  Recently, Willacy was awarded 60 hours of free studio time by Westlake Audio, a premiere  LA recording studio (No Doubt, Madonna, Sting) because of their belief in his music.  Willacy’s second solo CD, Page 7, features Bay Area luminaries Jon Evans (bass player, Tori Amos) and drummer Andrew Borger (currently on tour with Norah Jones).  Willacy’s songs feel like old favorites that you’re hearing for the first time.  The San Francisco Chronicle describes his music as “an edgy adult contemporary sound that goes down easily and speaks to the heart.”  Don’t miss him live.  “He is as captivating live solo performance as he is on CD.”
