Scott Talarico founded Neon Entertainment shortly after he graduated from Alfred University. He began developing his programming knowledge as the Programming Board President and Concert Chair at Alfred University. Sarah Newberry brought her experience in the music industry to Neon, after working at an “indie” record label and then as the talent buyer and manager for western New York’s premiere coffeehouse venue. Lauren Leadbetter brings to the Neon team years of artist management and public relations experience that she gained at a highly successful “indie” record label.
